Since the victoria falls hotel is the best hotel we have stayed so far, we decide to take off 2 hours later and enjoy again a great breakfast with fantastic service. They boys really enjoy their work and all come to say good bye.

The beaten up taxi brings us back to the border, immigration very efficient, change taxi and driver for crossing the border, immigration again in zambia and new cab to the airport. We fuel up and within one our from leaving the hotel we are airborne within an hour. The take off is so smoothly one hardly feels it!

We cruise comfortably at 21‘000 feet, descent to lilongwe is a bit bumpy but the landing is as smooth as the take off! Filling up the fuel, smoothly through immigration and drive 30 km to our hotel. It looks kind of tourist hotel and after waiting almost an hour for our snack, we put up the feet in the rooms. We are surprised how many white people are here; looks like a popular holiday destination and there seems to be some kind of conference.

Dinner at african restaurant and then early to bed. Loading the webpage up takes nearly one hour; not the fastest connection. An uneventful transit flight further east.
